Paul Dickov scored two great goals as City brushed aside a talanted Leeds side. In an emotional night at the Walkers Stadium City recorded their first Premiership win of the season and make no mistake this scoreline DID NOT flatter Leicester. In a game played at high tempo City defender Thatcher could have had a hatrick while Bent on his debut also went close.
Now to that Nalis goal, and what a goal to open his account, a wonderful 29 yard effort buried into Robinsons net. City wrapped up the game with a goal from Scowcroft in the 89th minute.
It will be a night to remember for City, a reward for all the hard work they have put in this season, a result so richly deserved. The winning margin catapulting City 7 places in the Premiership.
